We disclose your contact information to the following entities or organisations outside Better Nails in order to fulfil our services to you:

  • Fresha (for online appointment booking) – According to their privacy policy, your data will not be shared with anyone or any third parties. Fresha use the same secure networks as Etsy, Uber and Amazon so it is as secure and stable as possible. All user data is securely backed-up every 5 minutes in Fresha’s encrypted cloud database, and their system uses SSL security, with top of the range firewalls.

Where required to do so by law, we may disclose your contact information about you to the relevant authorities or to law enforcement agencies.

6. How We Protect Your Information

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site.

Sensitive and private data exchange between the Site and its Users happens over a SSL secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures.

7. How We Retain Information

We will retain information you provide us, in paper or electronic forms, for a maximum of 12 months from your last appointment. We will not retain any of your personal information when it is no longer needed for any business or legal purposes.

We will dispose of or destroy such documents containing your business contact information in a proper and secure manner when the retention limit is reached.
