Hello! I’m Lan, the founder of Better Nails. I started working in nail salons in Sydney more than 4 years ago while accompanying my husband for his overseas studies. While the pay was good, there were some downsides to working in nail salons. There was always a time pressure to work faster to earn more for the nail salon. This meant that I could not focus on what I really loved, nail art!
That was when I decided to set up my own home-based nail business. Overlooking a beautiful sunset everyday, I chose the name Balcony Nail Bar (‘bnb’). With Balcony Nail Bar, I found a way to do what I love, which is creating beautiful nail art for my clients.
